The “Let’s talk” button opens your email application: no form records your data on this site. If you write to Ardpicture, your address, message and any attachments are used to reply to you and, where applicable, to prepare a professional relationship. These exchanges are kept only for as long as necessary for follow-up or to meet applicable obligations.
Audience measurement and cookies
No audience measurement tool, advertising pixel or marketing cookie is currently integrated into the site’s code. The hosting service may nevertheless produce limited technical logs — for example the IP address, date, requested page or browser type — to ensure operation, security and service diagnostics.
Service providers and external links
The site uses OpenAI Sites for deployment and delivery infrastructure. The Instagram previews visible in the portfolio are images hosted locally: no connection to Instagram is made before you click. Once the link is opened, Instagram’s privacy rules apply.
Your rights and image rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of data concerning you, as well as the justified removal of a photograph in which you are recognisable, by writing to the address above. Each request will be considered under applicable Swiss law.
